Rooms are not well equipped, list of problems experienced:- 1. Broken light bulbs in bathroom not replaced. 2. Shampoo, conditioner not provided. 3. Dirty bathrooms with stains on mirrors and creaky bathtub. 4. Water pressure for shower is very low. 5. Bad noise insulation in bedrooms, our sleep is disturbed by the rooster crowing from 4AM onwards. 6. The glass top on dining table had stains and sticky when we checked-in, apparently housekeeping service is very poor. 7. There is a good range of food from the breakfast buffet but taste not so great. Staffs is consistently missing from the noodle soup station and omelette station. Dining table is not clean, staffs unavailable to clear table after previous guests left. Terrible service. Staffs only show up asking for breakfast coupons. Considering the bad location, limited facilities on-site, and very poor service from hotel s staffs, the room rate at 7050 Baht a night is overpriced. Definitely will not come back.
